Elizabeth Kaoh
Dietitian - RDN, LD
After completing graduate degrees in psychology and human nutrition, I felt deeply called to support people in navigating the complex relationship between food, body, and self. My background in psychology led me into the inner world of thought and emotion, while my training as a dietitian grounded me in the science of nourishment and physiology. Together, these perspectives shape the way I work; with compassion, curiosity, and respect for the whole person.

My career has taken me through many different areas of care, from eating disorder recovery programs at all levels to oncology clinics and integrative health settings. These experiences have reinforced my belief that healing happens most fully when both the mind and body are cared for, and that food can be both a source of nourishment and a path toward greater self-trust.

In my practice, I help clients address hormonal imbalances, digestive challenges, performance plateaus, and recovery from disordered eating patterns. Across these areas, I often see common threads: difficulty trusting hunger and fullness cues, disrupted energy or sleep, and a longing to find balance between nourishment and enjoyment. My goal is to guide clients toward regulating hormones, optimizing digestion, enhancing performance, and restoring a positive, peaceful relationship with food and their body.

Outside of session you’ll find me by the ocean, with my dog Hina. She also joins me at the KaimukÄ« office to greet clients.
