Taylor Gould

Dietitian - RDN, LD, CEDS-S

If you're tired of fighting with food, your body, or both — I want you to know that peace with eating is possible, and you don't have to figure it out alone.

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor. I received my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and my Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. After graduation, I moved to Maui, where I worked in a residential eating disorder treatment program. During that time, I gained experience supporting clients across all levels of care, including residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient.

In my work, I aim to empower clients to challenge eating disorder thoughts and behaviors with the ultimate goal of finding freedom through intuitive eating. I believe food should be something you can enjoy without anxiety, shame, or guilt. I'm also deeply passionate about dismantling diet culture and redefining what "health" really means. I especially love working with women navigating major life transitions — going away to college, becoming a mom, moving through menopause, and everything in between — and helping them find steady footing with food and their bodies along the way.

At Innate Living, I support our dietitians through training, case consultation, and mentorship. One of my favorite parts of this role is helping other clinicians grow while ensuring that the care we provide as a team is rooted in compassion and best practices.

Outside of session, I'm a new mom navigating this next chapter of life. I'm usually somewhere outdoors, book in hand (romantasy, always), with my two dogs, Lulu and Lele, who are pretty much always by my side — you may even see them join us in session from time to time!

Whatever brought you here, I'd love to be part of your journey back to yourself.
