Taylor Gould
Dietitian - RDN, LD, CEDS-S
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor. I received my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. After graduation, I moved to Maui, where I worked in a residential eating disorder treatment program. During that time, I gained experience supporting clients across all levels of care, including residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient.

In my work, I aim to empower clients to challenge eating disorder thoughts and behaviors with the ultimate goal of finding freedom through intuitive eating. I believe food should be something you can enjoy without anxiety, shame, or guilt. I’m also deeply passionate about dismantling diet culture and redefining what “health” really means.

At Innate Living, I support our dietitians through training, case consultation, and mentorship. One of my favorite parts of this role is helping other clinicians grow while ensuring that the care we provide as a team is rooted in compassion and best practices.

Outside of session, you can usually find me on the beach with a good book, hanging out with my two dogs, or exploring new restaurants with my husband.
